We hand debuts to two of our juveniles on Tuesday when Head For Freedom and Edens Choice line up for the 'Hurn Confined EBF Novice Stakes'. A son of Iffraaj, Head For Freedom will be the first runner of our new Eastscope 45 Partnership, whilst Edens Choice will race in the black and white colours of Bernard Hoggarth.

Head For Freedom joined us from Tattersalls Foal Sale in 2023 and is one of four horses who will carry Lee Westwood's colours for the Eastscope 45 partnership. He's a full brother to the ill-fated Prop Forward who was a four-time winner and achieved a career-high BHA mark of 102. Edens Choice joined us from Tattersalls Somerville Sale as a yearling and is a half-sister to three winners, including Flash Gordon who earned black type when placed in a Group 3 and two Listed races in Ireland.

Casilli

Larchill Lass wear cheekpieces to help her concentrate as she drops in class to selling company. Billy Garritty will be the jockey in charge in the 'Clearanswer Call Centres Selling Stakes' where the race conditions mean that our horse runs on favourable terms against horses who would otherwise receive weight in a handicap. The exception is Butterfly Jasmine, also rated 72, who looks to be the main danger. This is a selling race and the winner will be put up for auction after the race whilst the other horses can be claimed.

Miss Brazen was a four length winner over course and distance in 2023 and she'll run in the 'Annie Oxtoby Memorial Handicap'. Her last win came here on soft ground but she has form on a quicker surface. Now rated 68 Miss Brazen's last win was from a mark of 75 and she also ran very competitively when runner up in the Epsom Three-Year-Old Dash in 2023 from a rating of 84. Our horse will wear a first time tongue tie.

Head For Freedom

Course specialist Casilli will be ridden by Billy Garritty in the 'Download The Raceday Ready App Handicap'. The daughter of Cacique has recorded five of her six victories on the Westwood, the latest coming over today's distance back in July 2022. Winning that day off a mark of 78 she has tumbled down the weights and will race off a BHA rating of 65.

Elizabeth's Legacy will run in the 'Book Attraction Restaurant Online Handicap' where she steps up to ten furlongs. Joanna Mason will ride the grey who is a half-sister to our prolific winner Yorkshire Lady. Hot favourite in the race will be the remarkable Zappata, trained by George Scott, who bids for his fifth win in 17 days having defied a whopping 18 pound penalty at Ripon at the weekend.
