Ring Of Gold made the 470 mile round trip to Kempton Park pay this evening with victory in the ‘Unibet Support Safe Gambling Handicap’.
Ring of Gold had shown glimpses of his old form in his last two runs and he won well under Jim Crowley on a rain-soddened night in London. He was given a fabulous ride, making headway a furlong out before being pushed out to the line and winning well.
