Girl Friday returned to the yard this weekend after spending her summer break at Blenheim Farm near Banbury.
Owned by Old Gold Racing, Girl Friday was purchased for €45,000 after winning a point-to-point at Curraghmore in Ireland and won on her hurdles debut at Wetherby in March. She last raced at Haydock in a Listed hurdle race, finishing seventh of eight, before heading off to Oxfordshire for her holiday.
Girl Friday arrived at the yard in the early hours of Saturday morning, after being collected by Charlotte, and shared the ride back to Sheriff Hutton with Social Spirit who was returning from racing at Glorious Goodwood.
