Retired from racing earlier this year, Longhaired General was a dual winner but had fallen out of love with the racecourse. Rehomed with Macey, he is now thriving off the track.
"In April I bought beautiful Longhaired General off of you," says Macey. "His stable name is now Duke and he was been nothing but a pleasure to have on our yard in every way possible and he’s adapted to his new career so well after his retirement from racing.
"He is so so safe since the day we brought him home and he's so well behaved! After all my horses in my time he has to be the easiest one and the most loving one of them all. He is such a pleasure!"
